Suboxone Clinic in McAlester

Why Choose McAlester Suboxone Doctor

Our mission is to help people reclaim their lives from opioid addiction with evidence-based, supportive, and affordable SUBOXONE® treatment.

At our Suboxone clinic in McAlester, we specialize in medication-assisted treatment (MAT). In fact, we have experience hosting clinical trials for these medications. We understand how we can help our patients’ physical needs with targeted treatments, and how to supplement them with other therapies to treat their mental and emotional health, as well.

Our compassionate staff provides addiction counseling services and kindhearted care around your schedule and your life. No two patients get the same treatment, because everyone’s needs are different, and we cater to those differences. With our confidential, judgement-free therapies, we’ve helped countless people just like you achieve sobriety and successfully reach recovery.

SUBOXONE® is a specialized, prescription medication used to treat opioid addiction. It works best when part of a comprehensive addiction therapy plan, such as the one offered at our McAlester Suboxone clinic.

SUBOXONE® contains two main ingredients. The first is buprenorphine, a non-addictive, partial agonist which safely mimics opiate effects. This means it binds to opioid receptors in the brain to ease cravings in a way that doesn’t carry the same risks as other opiates. The second is naloxone, an opiate antagonist that blocks or reverses the effects that opioids have on the brain while preventing abuse.

This combination reduces both withdrawal symptoms and the addictive desire for opioids, and makes it easier to achieve healthy and successful recovery.

Please Note: No medication is dispensed at our Suboxone clinic in McAlester, OK.
